Organoleptic analisys:

brilliant ruby red with violet hues. Its aroma is intense, intact and fragrant, with fruity aromas and hints of cherry. Full-bodied taste, well- structured, with good aromatic persistence.

Service suggestions:

good with salami, ravioli with sauce and braised dishes with lightly greasy sauces.

Vinification system:

destemming, temperature controlled fermentation. 15 days to contact with the skins. Maturation and aging in stainless steel vats.
