Serving suggestions:

Excellent as an aperitif, with first courses of vegetables, omelettes and fish dishes.

Vinification system:

Maceration on the skins for 12 hours, temperature-controlled fermentation, maturation and aging in stainless steel tanks on its yeasts for 4/6 months (batonnage).
